Newrest Wacasco has been providing catering services to OQ since 2007. From mobilizing the 1st rig of Abraj to operating 15 of their rigs and hoists by 2012. This partnership would grow further with Newrest Wacasco by being awarded the OQ group tender in 2019 resulting in the mobilization of OOCEP ABB & MGP, OMIFICO Sur, as well as 23 sites for Abraj in 3 months.
We are now hopeful and excited to bring our catering and facility management expertise to OQ ABB and take this partnership into the future.
In addition to managing facilities and the meals served daily, Newrest Wacasco has plans to organize several special events at OQ ABB, thus ensuring the best possible image of the establishment.
Newrest Wacasco, a subsidiary of the Newrest Group, has been in Oman since 2008 and serves the equivalent of 54,000 meals a day at around 114 sites in the country. It is certified ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 22000 (food safety) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety at work).
