Important Information:

What you need to prepare your trip: 

• Your phone charger,
• Please think about the adapter for your electronic devices,
• Your passport,
• Your travel ticket,
• Please favour a small luggage. 

We remind you that all the followed costs are covered by Head Office:

• Hotel expenses from March 26 to March 29 (3 nights) 
• Food costs (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during the period mentioned above.

Your transport costs from/to airport or railway station to/from seminar are NOT included. No extra meals won't be charged either (please note that there is a specific information for people in Ramadan period) 

Please do not forget money (Euros). 

You will have access to ATM at airport & railway station and at several bank locations in Toulouse downtown (hotel locations).
